When you choose TAG Forklifts as your powered access partner in Wigan, you benefit from our extensive local knowledge and inventory. We supply equipment from trusted manufacturers like JLG and Hyundai.
Our fleet includes everything from lightweight electric aerial platforms for indoor use to rugged diesel-powered boom lifts that excel on rough terrain. With working heights from 5 to 18+ metres and lift capacities reaching 560kg, we have the right machinery for your needs.
In addition to cherry pickers, our Wigan depot provides telehandlers, vertical mast lifts, and speciality elevating platforms. This includes:
With both electric and combustion engine options, you can find a machine suited for indoor or outdoor projects in Wigan.
Scissor lifts, also known as mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), offer an affordable and versatile option for working safely at height. Compact in size yet able to reach heights beyond 10 metres, they allow a single operator to position themselves precisely where needed.
We stock both electric and rough terrain diesel scissor lifts from reputable brands like JLG and Hyundai. Our electric models feature zero emissions and ultra-quiet operation, making them ideal for indoor use. The rugged diesel variants are perfect for outdoor sites, handling uneven terrain with ease.
Our full range of powered access machinery also includes vertical lifts, material hoists, and mobile scaffold towers. Vertical lifts feature a fixed vertical mast that lifts straight up and down, saving space compared to articulated booms.
Material hoists raise tools during construction, while towers offer an adjustable scaffold platform that’s simpler to set up than traditional scaffolding.
